Work environment and equal opportunities
The Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology
The work environment for students and staff which includes physical, psychological and social aspects is an integral part of everything we do at the joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology. We work to create a sustainable work environment where we promote equal rights and opportunities for all our employees and students.
Work environment
We work on several levels to ensure a suitable work environment, attempting to eliminate risks to the health of our employees and students at the faculties’ many places of work.
Diversity, equal opportunities and gender equality
We actively work with issues of diversity, equal opportunities and gender equality. Our objective is to promote diversity, gender opportunities and sexual equality as well to combat discrimination based on sex, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age.
