Reception at SOL

The reception is located in the atrium of the SOL building.

Our receptionists can help you with:

  • General questions
  • Purchasing compendia
  • Purchasing parking permits
  • Retrieving written exams once they have been graded
  • Grade certificates/study certificates, enrollment certificates, Ladok transcripts. (Remember that you can now print out a certifiable transcript using your StiL ID via the Student portal: www.student.lu.se)

We welcome payment by debit card!

June 24-26: open 10 am - 2 pm
June 27 - Aug. 7: CLOSED
Aug. 8-9: open 10 am - 2 pm
Aug. 12-16: open 10 am - 2 pm

Opening hours during semester:
Mon–Fri, 8.30 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Occasional changes of opening hours will be posted here and at the reception desk.

Lost property

Have you lost your credit card, your glove, your mobile phone, your umbrella, your LU card or anything else? Ask at the reception desk. Many lost-and-found articles are handed in to us.
