In the course, principles behind project management are presented, with a focus on the forms of support given by the European Union. The course includes a theoretical overview about project management, its main concept and models. Furthermore, exercises are offered in project planning, budget planning and completing an application for financing to carry out a project that can use EU support. The course also creates understanding of how skills acquired in the programme in European studies can be used in project management work.
