In the course, principles behind project management work with a focus on the forms of support given by the European Union or relevant international organisations are presented. The course includes a theoretical overview about project management, its main concept and models. Furthermore, exercises are offered in project planning, budget planning and submitting an application for financing in order to carry out a project that can use international support. The course also creates understanding of how skills acquired through the programme can be used in project management work. The course also covers work with culture and cultural heritage projects in the Eastern and Central European region.
